BIG QUESTION!

NO NO NO NO
I was doing so well aswell,
Well i was eating one meal a day a salad at soup i had kept up all week untill today
I darent look at the scales BECAUSE i ate:
small macaroni and cheese pasta
cold piece of pizza
lasagne
pink sponge
eeerg, I hate myself i wish I could go back it time,Im still hungry HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE!
I want to cry :(
I cant though..

so my BIG QUESTION

I am going on this residential thing with school on monday till Friday,I have no idea how the meals will be, What if everyone eats around the table everyone will be watching me ...what do i do.I hate not knowing what i will be eating, What makes it worse is I NEED to fast after today

help?

  1. Thee ol' Binge and Purge my dear. Eat light and say you do not care for what they offer, you think it tastes nasty. Whatever you have to eat, puke up. Fast until Monday and then carry on...good luck and f*** anyone who stares at you. You are better than THE FOOD.

  3. I totally understand the sitch! I used to have the same thing happen to me when I lived at Rez in my first year of college. The best thing that I can suggest is eating really slowly and the good ol chew and spit (wipe your mouth and spit the food into the napkin). try and take things off your plate or move them around, once people start leaving you can just boogie out too! And Jamie's dead on, F*** those bitches if they stare, your better then all that! Good luck! let us know how it goes

  6. How to Throw Up

    Items Needed
    Water
    Rubber Band
    Instructions
    First of all, drink two glasses of water, one after the other.
    Go into the bathroom and position yourself in front of the basin/pot.
    Using a rubber band, tie you hair back. At the same time, pull away any loose clothing.
    Now, open your mouth wide.
    Single out your index or middle finger and press it onto the back of your tongue.
    Start stroking the back of your throat, with the help of your finger.
    Continue with the stroking process, till you feel gagged and the vomit starts coming out.
    After you feel that you have vomited enough, clean your mouth with water.
